It has been ten long years since I have really been home. Yes, I have come and gone but not really stayed put for a great amount of time. I have stayed in contact with some of my friends. But there is one friend, who always had my back. Who was always there for me. Duane, my loveable man whore of a friend. He keeps me grounded despite some of the choices I have made.

Speaking of choices, several years ago, I wrote a best-selling novel about my relationship with my ex-boyfriend, Tyler. He was my world when we were teenagers. Unfortunately, our teenage love story ended with me running off to college in a different state.
